The White Band

Belong before you wear it.

A Hindi-first community for law students and junior advocates. One judgment explained plainly each week, conversations with the people who did it first, and a room that meets every fortnight.

What this is

The white band on an advocate’s collar is the most precise visual in the profession. It means the tablets of law, and it means you have been called to the bar. A nineteen-year-old aspirant can belong here before they own the cloth.

This is a community and a publication, not a coaching class. It starts online, which means it is not limited to any one city. Indore is home. The audience is not.
